Dented formula
Yhooo they didn't want to take their formula back saying I damaged the tin and I told them that I took it from the shelves like that and and cashier didn't say anything about the damage goods policy and now that I was returning it because mama bought a wrong one they took me to every1 and anyone and I told them that I'm not leaving without a refund or exchange. It took us over an hour to resolve the matter
