denied to play lotto

<p>Hi there, on Tuesday 14 March i went to Pick n Pay in Kemgate (Kempton Park Area), i wanted to play powerball at 19:45, I was told that i could not be helped as it was closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>By them time i spoke to Veronica, the manager, was 19:50, she told me same thing. I went to a nearby spar and i played there? And u actually won with that ticket. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why are we being denied the opportunity to play lottery if the PnP closes at 20:00. I was so frustrated that i will never recommend anyone to go to that pick n pay. Please can someone sort this out as lotto closes at 20:00 according to my knowledge. Thanks</p>
