Demaged Food Sold

On the 1st of October 2018, approximately 16:40 pm. I went to PicknPay Hyper Bloemfontein to complain about demage ice cream cones will mole around it. I confronted the Manager (Mr Andre Skoonveld) on the quality of the good and if they did proper quality control they would have noticed water mark outside the box. My child ate one of the cones and I complain about the health risk. Mr Skoonveld responded that I should not ask him a dumb question and I should take my money and leave. As a customer I have never been treated in such a terrible manner. Every month I do my monthly shopping at PickNPay and as a smart shopper I feel vindicated not only by the bad product, but by the way I was treated. I have taken photo's of the product.
