delivery took 2 days even after phoning the call center

On Friday 7/3/2025 I placed an order for R1140 +- through PNP ASAP and they said they would deliver by 18:30 19:00 - within the hour the times moved to the next day 09:30 - 10:00 the next day. So I honed the call center and Thando helped me to change it back...2 hours later nothing was delivered. I phoned again and they said that they phoned the pnp branch and the picker was busy with our order.; Nothing was delivered and I saw that the times changed to 02:00 - 03:30 to be delivered in the morning. I phoned again as this was becoming hectically ridiculous. they just said they will deliver and that the system was laying. they eventually deliver the Next day at 09:30!!!!

I think what was the worst is they first took my money before telling me they will not deliver sameday! then also I had a birthday party that day and they didn't wan to give me back my moneyb & only telling me they will give me a pnp voucher for that amount... forcing me to give out even more money that i don't have to buy exactly the same for my braai!!! THIS IS WAS VERY INCONVENIENT AS WHO THE HELL BUYS TWICE OF EVERTHING!

THIS WAS THE WORST EVER AND PICK N PAY COMPLETELY CONTRIDICTED THEMSELVES WITH ASAP DELIVERY SAME DAY MOTTO!

PICK N PAY HAS LOST THEIR TOUCH ! SHAME ON YOU!
