Delivery to selected few

After forgetting my online password, I called little more than a week ago to have this sorted, and was told it will be forwarded to the technical department and they would contact me, nothing of the sort happened. so i created a new user with my wife only to find out that PicknPay does not deliver to Newlands West (KZN) and many other areas. It is thanks to Woolworths Online that was able to deliver groceries to my mom in Durban and made the whole experience so easy. I was told by an online representative from PicknPay to suggest this area for future consideration, what good does that do???
