Delivery service

I placed an order on pick n pay assap today. It kept on saying we are wrapping your order then around 17:57 they said your order is being confirmed and it is on its way. I could not track the driver and on the app it says my order has been delivered but I didn't get it. They take so long before they can deliver of which is not fair for customers. I doubt I will use this app nor pick n pay, it is really disappointing and I can't stand this anymore. All i need is my refund tomorrow morning to my bank account.
