Delivery scooter jumped red light

On 20th November, 2015 at 18:42, at the corner of Buffelsfontein Road and 17th Avenue, Port Elizabeth, the driver of 3 wheel delivery vehicle CA 541738 decided that the red traffic light was not applicable to him as he was in in a hurry.<br> Fortunately, despite my advanced years, I was able to jump off the crossing thus preventing what would have been a very nasty accident, probably resulting in either my death or severe injury and the resultant case of ****** against the him.<br> <br> I trust said driver will be taken to task and the necessary road rules explained to him.<br> <br> Thank you.
