DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERS

<p>Yesterday my order arrives sans milk - when I called the customer care I was told that they no longer deliver milk for online orders. This was long life milk not fresh. Still, they do not deliver milk. There is no indication on the online ordering website of this. Further I was charged for Dishwashing liquid but it was not in the bin.</p> <p>I has happened before that an item did not arrive that was charged for and despite calling them, nothing came of it. I stopped using the online ordering facility because there was invairably something that did not arrive and we are not notified, it is just not in the bin.</p> <p>What is the point of the facility if we still have to get into our cars and go shopping for the undelivered goods.</p> <p>Pick and Pay's online shopping facility is really dissapointing and a waste of delivery money as well as time for having to go to the shops anyway not to mention goods paid for and not received.</p> <p>I tried to email them from the customer care webpage but the email does not send - so much for that!</p>
