Delivery never arrived, no way to contact support

They never delivered my pnp asap order yesterday, I was unable to reach their support despite holding on for who knows how long and sending multiple emails.

They now sent out the order the next day, but I dont need that stuff anymore, I already went to the shop to get it because I needed it last night, not today.
