Delivery man with attitude and lack of hygiene

Hi. My order *** was delivered earlier than the booked time (15:00-16:00). The delivery man came to my home around 14:00 today and he tried getting of me a few times to no avail as I was busy with other things. Eventually when he got hold of me around 14:20 to 14:30, he was very rude. He complained about not been able to get of me earlier. I booked for the 15:00-16:00 time slot for a reason-I had things to do before this time and I didn't appreciate his tone when he spoke to me. He was also stinky. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Kindly advise your delivery people to stick to the set times and to check how they speak to people as they represent PnP regardless of whether they are from Mr Delivery. Please please ask the guys to bath or put some roll on before delivering goods to clients.
