Delivered to the wrong address and breached my personal security - Shocking Customer service
NEVER again will I use Pick 'n Pay online. They could not care a damn the fact that THEY delivered my R 3000 online order to the incorrect address. They did nothing to remedy it. They promised me that my delivery would be done last night - they **** because when I called today, they asked if they could deliver tonight. Beside the fact that my safety is now compromised as the person who received my order has my FULL details, address and cell phone number....They called me to tell me that they had my delivery and I can collecct there.....Seriously, why do I then order online only to have to go fetch my delivery somewhere else. This is not the first time I have had issues either. They NEVER keep to their timeslot. Pick 'n Pay, this is actually unacceptable and shocking shocking customer service. Left me high and dry when I was relying on this delivery.....NEVER AGAIN!

How about, "We will schedule an emergency delivery within the next hour?" or something to that effect, but nothing was offered or suggested - just got my money back and "wham bam thank you ma'am". Just another complaint "dealt with"....
ZERO customer care or service I am afraid - I will be taking my business elsewhere in future – SPAR or CHECKERS perhaps…..as they do value me as a customer!
