Delivered no delicery

So frustrating ordered three hours ago didn’t recieve my order have to phone them myself to ask them why the delay now can’t get my order on time before they close Please you can’t say we must order online and not deliver that’s unfair what about the meat I ordered will it be in the same condition because you can’t leave meat in the bag overnight . You have to contact customers to inform us the update of our orders no I’m not happy at all.
