Delayed order
I ordered a few items via the app,money was deducted from my account but order never arrived,I called the store I ordered from and to my suprise they said they don't have my order number,the lady who helped me escalated the case and said she will call me back,which she did and told me that when I placed my order there was a system ****ch and my order is just hanging.Asked if the order can be cancelled and was assured it will be and I will be refunded.4 days later order is still active on my app and it says delayed and I haven't received my money back.Couldnt shop the unreal deals so disappointed

01 May 2026, 07:25I have been told that I must wait 7 working days for my refund excluding weekends and holidays and honestly that is not fair.I wasn't at fault here it was your system.Im a single mom trying to make ends meet.Does it ever occurs to you guys that,that my kids didn't have dinner that Friday as that was supposed to be their supper?You couldn't even refund to my wallet so that I can order something else instead the order is still scheduled on my app 7 days later?I'm so disappointed and will be deleting your app as soon as I get my refund cause clearly you don't care.
