Delayed and short delivery on my online order
Ordered 3x buckets Chlorine during black Friday. First my order was delivered in 2 weeks with no communication that the order will be delayed. Then I only received one bucket instead of 3, this was recorded on the delivery waybill plus I the contact center was made aware immediately and it's almost a week later and I have not received any feedback with regards to the short delivery.
