Degrading customer service

Was at the Pick n Pay in Key West mall. Went in to buy rolls with my kids. I got to till 5 where Rethabile was and paid for the rolls and juice. Then as all toddlers have tantrums my 3 year old was crying for chocolate. I simply gave the chocolate bar to the cashier and told her to put it aside. Continued to explain to my 3year old how it's the second chocolate she's crying for. Rethabile was speaking with Pinky. And I heard Rethabile say "ee akere ba bolaiwa ke tlala" this means that yes they are dying of hunger. I looked up and she chuckled. I'm not sure how she concluded that we are dying of hunger coz my toddler was crying. This is so disrespectful and appalling to me as a customer who is a regular at this pick and pay. I've never experienced such a degrading comment from a service provider. I left as I was still shocked. But came right back to ask for their names. Pick and pay needs to educate and train their employees basic respect for customers, this is disgusting honestly . It's also not the 1st time I expirience nonsense customer service from a trainee... Pick and pay needs to look into the type of people they're hiring. I'm so disappointed.
