Degradation of store in general

I have been frequenting the Norwood Mall Pick n Pay for years. In truth the store has degraded immensely in general, it's shelves are poorly stocked , products are never consistent, it's staff in general is rude, provide bad service, and "unconscious of its patrons".

Further to this, whomever was tasked with setting the store out should be fired! Maneuverability is so shoddy in the store that simply makes the shopping experience worse, I know I am looking for a better alternative to pick n pay in my neighborhood,

What a sad end to a once great store.
