Defy fridge/freezer NOT WORKING

<p>I bouthg a Defy side by side fridge and freezer 2 weeks back and it has not been working at all. The temp is my house is colder then inside my fridge. Due to this problem i have lost over R5000.00 worth of meat and groceries that has rotten!!! </p> <p>Defy contacked me and they are sending me a Tech but still how is going to refund my loss in meat and groceries,Defy or Pick ń Pay?????</p> <p>This is so annoying to wait so long and yet nothing has been done!!!!</p>
