Defy fridge/freezer

<p>I bouthg a Defy fridge/freezer 2 weeks back at Pick n Pay Hyper Bedworthpatk and since then it has not done anything. The temp is colder in my house then in the fridge/freezer. I have lost over R5000.00 worth of meat and groceries in 2 weeks. I set the temp to -24° and still no change. I cant wait untill Defy or Pick n Pay wakes up i need it fixed NOW!!!!! This is what you get for buying a R10 000.00 fridge.....</p>
