Deformation of character

I was searched at the door by lady who reported back and said it's just the bag that is big there's nothing inside. Went back to the lady to ask why she said that?replyed she was reporting back to her boos,asked her if her boos told her to search me she didn't reply. Mind you I was the only person search at the door others were just going out. Feeling like a ******** is the worsed feeling ever,called they're head office laid a complain NO response as to date. Being undermind as a customer....Maybe it's because am black
