Defective School Takkie Purchase

Dear Pick n Pay Clothing Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase from your Blue Route Mall branch. On 3 January 2026, I bought a white school takkie for my daughter. She only wore the shoes for the first time on 14 January, and by 16 January, the takkies were already damaged. This is extremely disappointing, especially because I have always trusted and supported Pick n Pay Clothing due to the reliable quality of your products. This experience does not reflect the standard I associate with such a reputable brand.
