Defected products on mark down

Good day

On Sunday the 26 of June I bought a pair of uggs from Pick 'n Pay clothing in Kara Glen. To my biggest shock, Yesterday I found that BOTH the soles is cracked right across. I don't have the slip anymore as I did not expect it to go so quickly. These uggs was on a mark down for R150, fearing I wasted my hard earned money on a defected product
