Totally disgusted and appalled by the customer service and problem handling at pick and pay lenasia trade route mall

On the 24th October my 67 year old mother went in to pick pay the security approved her parcels in the trolley to go into the shop signed off on her flavored water and allowed her to go in

All she took was a bottle of lemon juice and a bottle of lemonade she was pushing her grandson in the trolley so she put the lemon juice in the baby's eat on top of the trolley held the lemonade in her hand when she got to the till she put the lemonade on the till and forgot about the lemon juice on top of the trolley next to the bottles of water she went in with she then paid for the lemonade withdrew money from the till and walked out she was already around the corner from pick and pay when the security lady approached us to say sorry u forgot to pay for the lemon juice she then realised her mistake apologized and went back to the store asking to pay for juice

Following protocol we waited athe door for the manager to explain what happend the security was calm and said she is just following procedure we agreed and waited out of no where comes the lady from the parcel counter leaving her job now doing the security,s work digging in my trolley through my shopping in a raised voice telling my mother this is why we have a parcel counter BECAUSE WE ARE USE TO PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND MISTAKES WHEN ASKED WHAT SHE MEANT COZ WE DIDN'T ***** THE JUICE IT WAS JUST FORGOTTEN ON THE TROLLEY SHE SAYS OH SO IF I DIDN'T GET STOPPED WOULD YOU HAVE COME TO PAY FOR IT POINTING FINGERS AND SCREAMING AT MY MOTHER

the security guard even got offended as all the customers and staff were now standing and watching this parcel counter attendant shout at my mother she took my mother away to go wait for the manager who then said call the police and let them decide on what to do with my mother

Once they found out my mother's age the manager then spoke to her sorted the misunderstanding out and releasing my mother from the store

When I spoke to the manager to tell him what his parcel counter staff lady did how she VICTIMIZED MY MOTHER DEFAMED HER CHARACTER SEARCHED MY TROLLEY AND PARCELS AND HANDLED THE SITUATION INAPPROPRIATELY HE CALLED THE LADY IN AND SHE ASKED ME SO WHAT DO I WANT HER MANAGER TO DO WHAT DO I WANT NOW

EXPLAINING TO HER THAT SHE WAS RUDE INAPPROPRIATE AND I WANTED TO KNOW WHO PEOPLE LIKE MY MOTHER IS WHAT SHE MEANT BY IT SHE THEN ASKS ME AGAIN WHAT MUST HER MANAGER DO NOW

THEN THE STORE MANAGER SAYS MAYBE LANGUAGE WAS PROBLEM AS ENGLISH ISN'T THEIR MOTHER TONGUE SO MAYBE SHE SPOKE INCORRECTLY AND LET THE LADY LEAVE

IF THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE TREATMENT OF THE ELDERLY AND PROBLEM SOLVING IN PICK And PAY WHERE THERE IS NO RESPECT AND STAFF ARE ALLOWED TO DO AS THEY PLEASE THEN EVEN THOUGH IT WON AFFECT PICK AND PAY IN ANY WAY I CAN RATHER TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

TO SEE A 67 YEAR OLD WOMAN GET SHOUTED AT AND VICTIMISED FOR MAKING A MISTAKE STANDING AND CRYING IN A CORNER WAITING TO BE ARRESTED SHAme ON THE STAFF AT TRADE ROUTE MALL #DISGUSTING
