Defamation of character and No customer service, service to a customer are of no importance

I've stopped buying ANYTHING from pick n pay after I was treated like **** by the security and the supervisor who was of no assistance after I wanted to complain. I've complained by there customer service line.. left an email and phoned countless occasions but nobody got back to me. All I wanted was an apology for defamation of character
