Defamation of character

I'm not happy with pick n pay. they accused my fiance of *****ing, the ****ing security lady shouted at him in public even before searching him, she then said i cannot search you as I am a woman she called her male colleague where they both asked him to take out everything in his bag when they could not find anything they searched his body afterwards they had him take off his trouser, when he didn't touch anything in the ****ing store when he asked why are they searching him, they rep**** that his a suspect because they saw they way he was touching himself that's bull ****. you cant have someone take off their trouser without being sure of what you saw, instead of saying sorry the manager who didn't introduce himself let alone greet him said \hi i'm the manager i apologize they just doing their job"with a stinking attitude"
