Deduct your money immediately but bad service

I ordered on pick a pay delivery like I always do but these days it seems like they are getting worse in service then ever... Firstly I got things for R2100 they deducted R2600 no refund on the amount yet but they were very Quito deduct the money.. I didn't get 4 X packets of catmore which was ticked that it was send but I didn't get the driver was so clueless I send a WhatsApp I send and email it's 24 hours now no feedback yet no refund or car food.. I just want to say it's bad service I'm very upset I will never order online again I'm counting on the little money I have then this happens.. I don't have cat food no one bothered to come back to me this morning and what about the refund...it's ridiculous I would encourage my family members as well not to use this service as it's disgusting..
