Deception by elderly staff

This is your worst pick n pay in the hood ever!! Do people ever get reprimanded in this store and action ever taken?

My grandmother collected the stickers for this competition BEFORE the due date which is 8 July. We went to the store to collect her pots and was told they are out of stock. We went again last week and same story. We went yesterday and were told to come before Sunday.

Today I believe is before Sunday, we went again and now told to go to another Hyper and they recommend Roodepoort. We took more money for petrol and went to Princess Crossing. The elderly woman at information told us to go collect where we shop. Where is this stated on your paper or terms and conditions???

Are these pots allocated for staff for when the competition lapses??? Do you train your elderly to deceive clients???

Who will refund my GRANDMOTHER her money cause we forced her to shop at pick n pay for her to be given the zap sign and that she ain't getting no pots??

This is deception, passing the buck, disrespect of the elderly and from your elderly staff as well.

This store of yours is a mess, come to think of it, I almost fainted heavily pregnant in your waiting in a line of over 45 minutes 4 years ago, it's 4 years later and your store is still ******* managed.

Please give my grandmother her equivalent refund for her purchases or the pots that y'all have stored up.

While at it, train your staff better.
