December the 16th 2020 I bought my two sons phones 1 tablet and 1 mobicel, the cellphone had software issues took it in after a long time struggling for someone to take it in because the person that takes cellphones in doesn't work weekends which I understood now cellphone has been in repairs for more than 5months now logged a complaint nothing with the complaints department with ref *** but nothing as yet
