Deboned fish full or bones that nearly land my child in hospital

Yesterday 31 December 2017 I went to pick n pay to buy grocery and in the process I decided to go get fish. I asked for hake and I requested that they remove scales ,remove the insides and also to debone it....when I received the fish I was convinced all that is done even preparing it for cooking I was convinced but upon serving it I realised my daughter was choking and I made her drink water and when I look into the fish I realised it was full of bones and even when I was eating it with others this was the case. Was very dissapointed cause I thought it was deboned and this nearly landed my daughter in hospital.
