Debited twice

On the 19 May 2015, i bought stuff at pick n pay for R218.70 and i was debited twice, i approached the supervisor, and was assured it will be reversed within 24hrs, went back on the 20 May, the manager said i should take my bank statement, took the statement on 21st May but nothing has been done i cant be taking time off work to sort out a hyper market problem, i have been running around to get my money back and its 7 days now yet they rules or policy state 24hrs to be reversed. Am very disappointed with the service as i shop there everyday and i really didn't expect such service, am a single parent and i really need that money back as my 6 months old baby is now sick and cant even go there to get medication as they are close to my house. Please assist as this is a urgent matter.
