Debit card is not cash

Pick n pay clothing ...is a **** when ever you buy with your debit bank card worse part capitec, when you not happy with an item and want refund they won't give you money back instead they will deposit it to your account according to them debit card is not cash it's card ,i was told they can only give me cash if I pay with cash debit cash is not cash ,,what a wow since when debit card is not cash card.it means when ever I go to pick n pay I must have carry cash..not swipe in order to get my cash back
