Death of the rainbow

Yesterday afternoon at about 5pm I went to go buy groceries at your store which is situated at Boston Bellville 12th avenue. A lady (white by racial classification) which left her trolley unattended cut the line and when I confronted her she refused to move. The cashier( black) saw what happened and I asked her politely to intervene but didn't, the manager(coloured) also did nothing. I am upset because it was evident that as a black customer you do not matter or you're not valued as much as a white customer. I felt belittle, degraded, by your staff. And instead of causing a scene I am placing a compliant. Or let me ask you a question. Do certain branches of your store have certain racial policies pertaining to customer service? Is there a racial preference?

What happened was unacceptable, I am a paying customer living just a walk away from your store and I don't appreciate being publically ridiculed.
