Dead Flowers

My husband bought me a bunch of cut flowers as a special gesture.<br> The parts of the stems that had been in water were slimy indicating that they were cut a while back. In amongst the bunch there were dead leaves and wilted flowers. One stem with dead leaves had had all the flower heads snipped off. This tells me that store management is very aware that their flowers are not fit for selling and have instructed staff to tidy them up<br> <br> I do not want a refund/replacement which I could get by going back to the store. I do not want store management to contact me due to less than satisfactory experience when I complained about another matter.<br> <br> I want the store to stop this ***** practice and for the management person responsible to be reprimanded.
