Deactivate your app is failing customers

Ordered few groceries on your app around 15:17 pm enough time to accept and deliver my things. Delivery time kept changing now says tomorrow cause 1 of stores decided not to accept my order . Am highly disappointed with the service am getting....It has really inconvenienced me financially cause i paid for those groceries. Now have to pay more cause of employees not doing their job...
