Daylight roberry: goods short delivered and over billed too

So I tried making use of PnP's online facility to buy some groceries before this Lockdown commenced.

To my surpruse, the order was delivered 10 days later, not only was the driver a whole 50 minutes later than the time given to me by PnP, but my order was also short delivered. One of the items that I was invoiced for was not delivered, but they charged me for it.

And to top it all off, the amount they deducted from my credit card was also more than the invoice, almost R150 more was deducted from my credit card.

I feel like PnP is trying to **** us by taking advantage of this situation, because how many other people do they over-bill and then enjoy the interest on that money for as long as people don't notice that they were ****med.
