****************, DO NOT USE THE PICK N PAY ASAP APP

I placed my order on their Pick n Pay ASAP app at 1pm on 3 November and waited while it was being processed. This wait took 7 hours during which I was not notified by Pick n Pay that there is a delay and THE REASON for this delay. They did not bother to apologize for the inconvenience but guess what - money was deducted from account without delay. I finally received notification that my order was on it’s way but the driver did not arrive. The order was closed on their app and I could no longer track it. Their chat support is absolutely useless. Now I’m waiting to be refunded and there’s radio silence from them. And after reading other customers’ reviews, they have gone through a similar experience and have not gotten their money back after terrible service. THIS IS ******* by Pick n Pay, do not use this app!! 😡😡😡😡
