This is by far the worst service ever experienced.

First of all your helpline didnt answer my call. I tried calling with a problem regarding my order straight after I received it. After many minutes of holding, I left a message to be called back. It is now 4 days later and guess what - YIP still no call back. I sent a an email from the APPLICATION as well. YES you guessed it - no response.

I will be lodging this on all social media and hello peter as you are *****ing from your customers. I didnt receive all the items that I ordered, yet was billed for it and no-one has the decency to return a call, which I had to pay for whilst holding on for over 10 minutes, or return a mail or nothing - PATHETIC!!!!!!!
