**************** and pathetic service
On the 27th of june I bought a bottle of Johnny Walker Gold Reserve. The price on the counter was R549.90 and I bought the last bottle in the shop. After buying I had a quarrel with the cashier because she did not swipe my cash points card. I didn't check what they charged me. When I went through my statement during the week I noticed that they charged me R700 .00 for that bottle. I went to the store on friday to take this matter up with the manager whom wasn't even interested in listening to me. He said I should take up the matter with head office and didn't want to investigate further.

I now question if this is the type of treatment or service that pick n pay is giving to its customers? Overcharging them then referring them to head office afterwards. I honestly feel let down!!!
