I wonder where the Regional office is of Pick ,n Pay and whether this elusive person Vanitha Venketas REALLY exists. I keep getting a response that they are SINCERELY SORRY. Perhaps I should send this Vanitha an English dictionary so he/she can look up the word sincere. Excuse my sarcasm but aftet SO many months of waiting for action to be taken reagarding my issue I think the regional office is definitely NOT on planet earth. Can this so called person Vanitha Venketas be brave enough to CALL me or at least email me directly instead of hiding behind a response on Hello Peter. Last night I approached Gerswin one of the managers at Cape Gate that told me months ago he will get back to me. As always he blamed Paul the other manager. There is a wonderful saying that goes like this. WHEN YOU BLAME OTHERS, YOU GIVE UP THE POWER TO CHANGE. Pick 'n Pay unfortunetely will NEVER change the arrogant attitide towards customers.
