Get this.
I go to the Pick n Pay in Tygervalley Centre Bellville for lunch pretty much everyday, because I work in the center. I normally get myself a crab salad from the sushi bar which used to be a 200g portion for R16.00. About a month after I did this for the first time, the price went up to R16.95 for the same 200g portion, which is totally acceptable.
However, today when I got there, that same portion that I bought yesterday, 200g for R16.95 is now a 100g portion for R20.95.
I am flabbergasted at the moment, because they have signs up al over the store saying that there is a 50% discount promotion going on, which to me seems like the 50% discount is not for the customers on the pricing, but rather that they have halved the size of the products and increased the price in matter of 1 day.
As a matter of fact, this is not the first time I have had issue with this particular PnP, previously it was a service issue which the store manager just ignored after I had brought it to his attention
Needless to say that I will never go back there again, and I don't want them to contact me either, they will just be wasting there time.
From now on I will rather go the Pick n Pay across the road from Tygervalley at the Willow Bridge Centre as most of the people that work in Tygervalley Centre do these days, I'm sure you will be able to understand why.
Shame on you Pick n Pay Tygervalley, as if it is not enough that the government is robbing us everyday, you should be ashamed of yourselves, SIES!!!!
Unfortunately I could not proceed without giving them a rating, so I had to give them 1 star, otherwise it would have been NO STARS!!!!

Don't bother, this particular PnP store cannot be helped, the staff are extremely bad tempered and always in a bad mood, for them helping customers is a burden, they show it on there faces.
Do yourself a favor and send someone to that store anonymously to observe the service at the deli section and also the pay points.
My company provides us with a TUYU voucher to purchase lunch and so on, but most of the staff in the store doesn't even know how to process these payments, I have to teach the cashiers how to do the transaction on there own systems every single time I want to use it.
But yesterday was the last straw for me, I will never spend my money in that store again, I will rather go to Checkers from now on.
