One thing you can rely on with Cleo's Pick n pay in Elspark. Whenever there is a complaint, you can rest assured that you will get a call from their management to try and rectify the situation, and for this, I would like to give them a very, very big shout out. <br> <br> When you work with people, rest assured, there will always be someone grumbling about something or other, but what impresses me is when it owners take their customers seriously. Some retailers like Checkers, don't even reply on Hello Peter, never mind actually call a customer to discuss an issue.
