Dark Moods in Pick n Pay Cradlestone

I really hate going to PnP Cradlestone for one reason...not the revamp, but the gravely unfriendly cashiers. There is a very dark mood with the cashiers in that store. I visit there frequently, about 3 times a week. And only once was a cashier friendly with me since Feb 2022.

I also work in retail, and I understand how important friendliness is. And I also understand that we are human, and we have bad days. But surely not every day is bad in Pick n Pay Cradlestone.

Please ask your cashiers to be a little more friendly, or at least display body language that fools us into believing that they want to help us. Even if they can **** a smile that would also be appreciated.

Retail is cut throat and all competitors are fighting for a piece of the market share pie. Such a simple thing as a smile, can create loyalty toward the brand in a consumer's mind.

I often compliment people when good service is rendered. But unfortunately today, I cannot do that.
