Dangerous employees
I had a very bad experience at Pick 'n Pay liquor Kenilworth Center. A guy working there was angry because I broke a bottle of brandy by mistake. I told him I didn't realize that my shopping bags bumped the bottle, he said I was talking nonsense! When I told him he can not speak like that he wanted me to go outside so that he can "take care of me." He then wanted to stab me with the broken bottle top when I told him he is the one talking nonsense! I was so upset I asked for the manager, the manager then told me it his word against mine he will have to talk to him internally. He took my number and email and said he will give me a call but he ver did! I called Pick 'n Pay complaint department a week later they said a manager would call me within 72 hours but I never received a call. I called again a week later they told ne it takes 5 working days for a manager to call me! This was on the 16th of December, but I haven't received a call till today! I am so upset that an employee can do whatever they like because they are untouchable! Tey know that even if a customer complains there is nothing that is going to be done! I can not go to that Pick 'n Pay anymore because I am scared to see the guy and what he might do! I do not know if he hsa a ******** record or not but he was going to do something so bad to me if the other employees did not stop him. There are cameras at the store but nothing has been done! I had such a bad experience and I can not go to that Pick 'n Pay even though it very close to where I live! I am so disappointed!
