damaged goods - still no response

On January 31, 2026 I wrote a complaint to customer care with Ref– *** Following it up with another email. No feedback. I bought underwear – after a wash you saw the small holes. . The cause is the tagging gut used. 2 holes in front and 2 in the back. This happened to 5 items bought. No response from customer care what they will do regarding this matter or steps taken to prevent this from happening again, Very disappointed
