Damaged Goods Sold to Customers - WHY?
I am extremely disappointed at the level of service from someone that is entrusted with operation in a market such as this and have no idea nor understanding whatsoever of what it means to deliver exceptional customer service - I was promised to be called as per my request by the store manager and none of that has happened. The reason I called, was on the 12 Oct trans no: ********** ********** 72116 @ 14:22 value R 68.29, I bought Pringles and they are completely crushed, and the value of what pringles was completely taking away from me, instead I was made to eat pringles like a dog of which I refused to. How do you sell something like that to customers – does this store understand reasons why we buy pringles?.
