Placed an order and received dry ingredient items wet and packaging torn.

Called the callcentre and the agent advised she will have this exchanged before the store closes however the store had closed and nothing was exchanged.

Misleading and unequipped staff. The company is never able to complete orders and make customers wait weeks for a refund when the error had come from they side. Worst online option ever
