Damaged burgers

I bought burgers x2 boxes on Monday the 9th of March 2026 from Pick n Pay Mams Mall,got home and put them in the fridge. Yesterday I took them out wanting to use them only to discover the mess that was inside.It smelled bad,shredded into pieces so I don't understand how because it never fell.
