Damaged before even worn?

Last month I purchased two vests from PNP, to the value of just under R200. I took them out for the first time today. One of the vests was covered with lace. On removing the sticker with the size on it, the lace came with it. Ruining the entire thing as the sticker was placed on the front of the vest. I then decided to wear the other vest, This one had a hole right where the label was sewn in. In fact, it wasnt even sewn in this area. Now, am I to go all the way back to Tygervalley Centre to return this? I am so disappointed in the quality of clothing at PNP. This is not the first time, the Cherokee hoody I purchased a couple of months ago looked terrible after one wear! This is without it even being placed in the wash. The sleeves just fluffed. I will not be purchasing from PNP clothing again.
