DAILY DISPATCH WIN A CAR COMPETITION

Hi,

Today i went to buy the Daily Dispatch specifically to enter the win a car competion at Pick n Pay and Checkers in BT Ngebs Mthatha, and to my surprise they do not have a drop of box as promised by the paper. I do not know who is at fault here, whether daily dispatch has not provided these in our town or maybe our retailers are just not mindful enough.
