Hi PnP,
I had received a R50 voucher that didn't work last two weeks despite this sms that I got:
Smart Shopper, there was a printing error with the R50 voucher end date. Please note the voucher expires on 5 Nov & NOT 29 Oct as stated. T&C STOP to opt out
The shop and the call center agent Nozipho would sort it out, yet did nothing. Please see attached voucher and credit my Smart Shopper card please.
