Puck n pay Senaoane has to be the worst when it comes to customer service, you always have to request for refund or the staff to be send back, you see something at a certain amount when you get to the till the price has increased, most of the times they are out of stock..month end they don't do a cashback the whole day because apparently they have to collect money for the office.. Customer service makes things when you complain or enquire they tell you to call the store mananger..
